Shipping
FREE UPS ground shipping to anywhere in the Continental United States. Orders are typically sent same day and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please contact us for other destinations or options.
Pick-Up Option
You may arrange to pick up your order at the Spira Mailbox headquarters located at 175 Lincoln Street, Suite 201, in Manchester, New Hampshire, U.S.A.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Spira products! If you don't, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Personalized address plates are also not returnable. One exception, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement at no cost to you. Please note that damages and defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

At Spira Mailbox, we protect your personal information. Any information we collect is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity for any reason - period. We keep the information from your order form to allow us to provide customer service to you. We do not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain. Information collected to place the order is your name, shipping and billing address, email and telephone contact information and payment data. Once your order is processed, your sensitive credit card data will be promptly shredded.
